Saint Picks operates the website saintpicks.com and provides sports analysis, predictions, tracking tools, tournaments and educational content (the "Service").

For the purposes of data-protection law, Saint Picks is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the Service:

• •Account information: email address, display name and sign-in credentials (including Google or Apple sign-in identifiers).
• •Profile and preferences: language, theme, odds format and notification settings.
• •Bankroll and bet tracking: the bets, stakes, odds and results you log yourself.
• •Bet Analyzer usage: the slips or events you analyze and your saved analysis history.
• •Tournament activity: entries, picks and results within Saint Picks tournaments.
• •Community content: comments, forum posts, bug reports and support messages you send us.
• •Push notifications: a browser push subscription token if you enable notifications.
• •Cookies and similar technologies: described in the Cookies section below.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are processed directly by Stripe.

• •Create and manage your account and membership.
• •Provide picks, tools, bankroll tracking, analysis history and tournaments.
• •Process payments, trials, credits and refunds through Stripe.
• •Send service notifications, streak and tournament updates, and optional push alerts.
• •Measure advertising and improve the Service (with your consent where required).
• •Meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share limited data with the providers that power the Service. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google, Reddit, X) are managed through the Cookiebot consent banner and load only according to your choices.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings control on the site.

Some of our providers process data in countries other than your own. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

We keep your account information while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 10). Some records may be kept longer where required by law, tax or accounting rules.

We use encryption in transit, row-level access rules on our database and least-privilege access to internal systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing our privacy contact (Section 13) from the email address linked to your account.

After a verified request, we delete or anonymize your account, profile, bankroll, analysis history and community content. Limited records may be retained where legally required (for example, payment and tax records held by Stripe).

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will remove it.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us first at the address in Section 13 and we will do our best to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
