By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All picks, predictions, statistics, probabilities, ratings, commentary and analyses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. No analytical process, artificial intelligence system or human expert can guarantee the result of a sporting event.

Saint Picks does not guarantee:

Before payment, Saint Picks will display the applicable price, currency, billing period, included features, taxes and renewal conditions.

Where a subscription renews automatically, you authorize Saint Picks or its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period until cancellation.

Users may cancel using the available account settings or by contacting Saint Picks through the support information displayed on the website.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout:

• •cancellation prevents future renewals;
• •access continues until the end of the current paid billing period; and
• •unused portions of a billing period are not automatically refunded.

The Saint Picks name, logo, website, application, software, designs, graphics, databases, analyses, written content, selection methods and original materials belong to Saint Picks or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Without written permission, users may not:

• •copy or republish paid content;
• •sell or commercially distribute Saint Picks picks or analysis;
• •scrape the Service;
• •reproduce the Saint Picks branding;
• •reverse engineer the software;
• •bypass access controls; or
• •create a competing database using Saint Picks content.

Saint Picks may allow users to publish predictions, comments, profile information or other content.

Users remain responsible for content they submit and must have the right to publish it.

Content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, defamatory or infringing.

By submitting content, users grant Saint Picks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Service.

Saint Picks may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

Saint Picks may modify, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features for product development, maintenance, security, data availability or legal compliance.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, available or free from technical errors.

Where required by law, users will receive notice of material changes affecting an active paid subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saint Picks will not be responsible for losses resulting from:

• •a user's independent wagering decisions;
• •an unsuccessful pick or prediction;
• •unexpected sporting results;
• •inaccurate or delayed third-party information;
• •errors in user-entered bankroll data;
• •account activity caused by a user's failure to protect login credentials;
• •interruptions involving third-party services; or
• •reliance on sports predictions or historical performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any legal right or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Saint Picks may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

• •a material violation of these Terms;
• •fraud or payment abuse;
• •unlawful activity;
• •security threats;
• •unauthorized redistribution of content;
• •manipulation of tournaments or rankings; or
• •conduct that harms Saint Picks or its users.

Users may stop using the Service or cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the billing conditions described above.

Saint Picks may update these Terms to reflect product, operational or legal changes.

The updated version will display a revised effective date.

Where required by law, Saint Picks will provide advance notice before a material change becomes effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of a user's jurisdiction.
